General Growth Properties, owner of the St. Louis Galleria, is still in discussions with holders of unsecured notes and lenders to develop a plan to repay loans.

In a statement Monday, General Growth confirmed that it's in discussions with holders of all series of the Rouse Co. L.P. unsecured notes and with its lenders.
